APPROVAL PROCEDURE
The Approval Procedures (AP1) help with the approval process to
gain Operational Works approval for the works.

Construction Procedures (CP1) are a guideline of what is
expected to be completed during the construction process of
Municipal Infrastructure.

Changes to CP1.28:
- Drainage removed from uncompleted works bond.
- New clause: The developer must comply with any other
requirements imposed by Ergon Energy.
- New clause: Prior
to the submission of a bond for uncompleted works, the
Developer must receive approval from Council for the
bonding of the uncompleted works
- Extra clauses to point 4: Timeframces to be put on all
uncompleted works bonds - to be approved byy Council. A
bonding deed must be signed for all bonding deeds. |
