As Constructed
Where required as a condition of a Development Approval or other contractual agreement, "As Constructed" documentation must be submitted for all Council owned and/or maintained infrastructure.
"As Constructed" documentation serves two distinct functions:
- Checking: To enable a quantitative check of the "As Constructed" works against the approved design, so as to ensure design philosophies and criteria have been achieved; and,
- Recording: To provide an accurate record of the "As Constructed” services.
The following provides links to the each of the participating Councils' requirements for "As Constructed" documentation and submission.
